Doesn't need to be much anything special. Only need 30-50 clean watts per side. 50 leaves bit of headroom. Alex has one he found iirc, or the little nvx amps would even work, just use the caps and keep the gains in check.
Do the caps come with the b3's? I know they did with the b2's

All amps would be full pass. Only a couple on the market that even have a cut high enough to run active. A xover is imperative. Don't want anything below 4k range coming out. They rate for lower but I didn't like it. Mine are currently ran of dsp with no caps cut around 4500 24db iirc.
