Default High Output Charging

I have a 2014 Ultra Limited with the standard charging system. I run without the tour pack 99% of the time so I'm down to one pair of speakers in the fairing. I upgraded these to the Boom II system with an amp. This actually works pretty well for me. It's loud enough and I'm about tone deaf enough I'm satisfied with the system. I'm considering adding speakers to the saddlebag lids this winter which will require another amp. One dealer tells me I'll need the high output charging system a second tells me since I run all led lights I will be fine with the standard charging system. Is anyone running 2 Boom amps with the standard charging system and how well does it work?

You will not need a HO charge system sir. These amps pull very little from the system. There are fellas here running lots more off a standard system with no issues. Now if you happen to have heated gear, your passenger has heated gear, you run a heated seat and heated grips and have the radio on full blast ALL the time, you might consider it....but probably not.

Running Boom II audio with three amps in a 2015 Ultra Limited (Fairing, Tour Pack, Saddlebags). Also have heated grips, and use heated gear in the winter. Running with the standard charging system and haven't had any problems. I think I might upgrade to the High Output when the current stator fails (which it will eventually I'm sure) but for now it seems to be working ok.
