Default Fix stripped plastic screw holes
This is brilliant - figured it is worth a post here. I am going to try this tonight. Wrap screw in Teflon tape, fill hole with epoxy, screw in before it sets. Screw out after it sets. Now its threaded again!

Awesome!! Was just about to post same question. Thanks for sharing!

Anyone have any tips for getting brass windshield/fairing insert to stay in? Mine has stripped out.

actually i was in a pinch for time, used Gorilla crazy glue... still holding tight

In the past I've used wooden toothpicks soaked in Crazy glue and shoved into the hole, this looks good too.
