Default How to fabricate Engine guard speakers

I was wondering if anyone here had placed speakers in headlight buckets to attach to their engine guard and if so what buckets and speakers did you use? I own a switchback and this seems the only way i can get some decent sound on board.

I was looking around for this exact setup a while back for a road king and then now for my wife's deluxe. There are a few places that make a can setup for softails, but they want a pretty penny. Right now I have some DD DX 6.5's that I'm looking for a set of headlight cans to fit them in. I just did a google search and came across some ideas.

If you are looking for cans for the crash bar check these out to see if they tickle your fancy.
I have not used these so I have no feed back on quality
