Sanity check
Ok, I think I’ve got an upgrade list set, but I wanted another set of eyes/opinions from the group.
Bike:2014 flhxs stock audio. 6.5 HU w/nav
I want to keep it simple, keep the hu and the pods. Around $500 ish. Fairing speakers only.
AD CX62s in the fairing, bt ll, JL 280/4 bridged.

Thanks. Nice vid. Is modding the pods simply a matter of tweeter clearance for the grills? Is there some other benefit to reducing the airspace in that enclosure? I would think that there would be some sort of tradeoff depending on how much air space the driver needs at a minimum. I am assuming that there is no max based on these being designed to be free air mounted rather than enclosed. Am I overthinking this?
