First I'm pretty detailed and picky when comes to my bike so I want it to look nice and clean when done so...
Bike - 2014 Limited
Amp - CV B54
Speakers - (F) Kappa 62.11 / (R) Polk MM652
#1 - Do I need an amp mount or can I mount it to the stock plate over the head unit? And if so Velcro or fastened?
#2 - Bike amp wiring kits seem to come with 3' of grounding cable. Is this long enough to get to the battery? or look at a car kit??
#2 - Will I need spacers for the Polks in the rear pods?
Just started ordering parts so I'm sure I'll have more questions later if i cant find the answer with search..
I mounted mine on the stock tray with some Velcro and some zip ties to hold it secure. Three feet is not enough to get you to the battery. Did you order the BT line leveler ?
Why not run kappas all around? Mine sound great in the fairing, huge improvement over stock. For the price you can't go wrong. Most the work is in the wiring and pod removal/install.
