Thanks for that information. I have never heard of that before. I will have to pass that info onto a friend who just installed a Amp on his 2012 Streetglide....

VERY interested in this swap. How about I request some more info...
1. Was the electrical plug and play?
2. Any kits needed for this install?
3. Just speaker swap and your good to go?

The pre-Rushmore HK head units can work fine with AVC and amplifiers. Check with Iron Cross for details. They know more about how those head units function than anyone.
