The Rockford amp is understated at 100w per channel. I believe they are the only manufacture that does this. The real out put is probably closer to 120w per channel at 4 ohms and 130-140 at 2 ohms. The birth sheet that comes with your amp will show it's true rating in RMS. Mine is on the lower side, with 450 watts at 4 ohms and 532 watts RMS at 2 ohms. So, if you're lucky enough to have a vender at a bike rally or in town, that will let you open the box and see the sheets, that would be awesome. Because then you can pick the one with the highest output. I've seen them as high as 570 something. So yes, this amp will be fine. for those speakers. I have the mm692's, and they rock! Even at 112.5 watts. But then again, they can take 150 watts RMS, sooooo.
