Gypsye,
It's totally awesome if ur downing a product brother. We are all here to share info from a personal perspective and not pimping product for a shop. The diverse opinions make this forum solid and assist as prevention from sheep mentality.
Of course there are proven products that just work and we see them repeated often as a go to safe and solid play. Even then, dissenting opinions keep us thinking and advancing so keep the honest feedback coming as it helps us all test assumptions.
In a nutshell, this forum is without question at its best when dudes are not here trying to sell shix they have on their shelves. We benefit the most when we are advancing based on real world feedback, testing new product, and not based on marketing and margins.

Well said and I totally agree. Example, as you know, I have been a been a huge fan of hertz products but you see what I am running up front now.
Who is gonna try out some Rockville, Powerbass, Audiofrog, CDT, Crescendo, etc 6x9s?
T
I have a set of those CDT sitting on the shelf T.
When I bought them I thought I had enough power to throw at them but I was wrong. I also didn't have the tuning advantage at that time either.
I might put the set of lids I have sitting in the box to use and throw those in on with my stock bags just to give them another try.
which model powerbass are you interested in? i might be able to try them out. with my current set up i can throw 140 watts at a set of lids and dsp tune them, which models of the different brands so i can look into getting them in hand.

Stunt, I've never had the hertz on my bike but I had the BT 6x9 (HAT) musical and accurate speakers, I have the DD VO 6x9' on now they are smooth and musical with great mid bass pop and in combination of my BT 7.1 pods are great for my rear platform. I also had the Pioneer 6x9's in my lids the horn on the Pro's is very brash, they bleet like a goat...lol not a fan! I like musical accurate speakers, I'm sure the Hertz would be the better choice especially if you like the AW's, or try something new and let us know what you think!
