At 70 watts x4 that amp wont be enough power for 4 speakers to be able to hear well going down the road at 70.

Only going with two speakers in the fairing, no room in saddlebags and no tour pack

If you're staying with only 2 speakers I'd go with the JL amp. Bridged.
