Default Hidden Antenna
I know fm quality sucks but sometimes I need something different to listen to. Has anyone found a hidden antenna for inside the fairing that is worth installing? I took the fender mounted one off. I need it for a 2014 flhx

I tried a long whip antenna (stock antenna) in the fairing and reception was bad. I've heard others running antenna from back location to up under the seat, may try that some day. I really don't listen to the FM radio, but wanted reception just in case.

Under the seat was bad for me too. HD hidden on top of a focal Amp is so so at best.

When I purchase my SGS I had the dealer install the HD inside the fairing antenna. Works fine around metro Atlanta (50 mile radius).

I am running the J&M one inside my fairing. While I believe some reception was lost, it still works perfectly fine for me.

Anyone have experience with the Kuryakyn tune trapper antenna?
