Default Install / tuning questions

I am working on getting a system together for my 2018 RGS. The system will be
Arc Moto 600.4 - with their install kit and speaker level inputs
Diamond Micro 4 - with V-Twin Audio rear speaker output to the amp and their line out to the saddlebag speakers with quick disconnects.

This is is my first Rushmore bike so I have a few questions.
1) can I use Arc’s 8 gauge wire and a distro box or should I run 4 gauge wire with a distro box?
2) running the Arc/Vtwin speaker level outs should I flash the radio?
3) tuning the Moto 600.4. Do those with the 600.4 tune the amp outside the bike, then bolt it into the tray under the radio? It appears both it and the Rockford 400x4 can’t be tuned once installed.
4) does the 600.4 take a front channel(s) input and run it as a 4 channel output? I want to run dash and lower speakers all at 150watts.

I keep my bike at at a friends garage and will be doing the install there as well. So I want as plug and play as I can get.
Minus the amp wiring harness which I would have to make myself if I go 4 gauge, it appears I can get everything else pre-made.

one good alternative would be this 700w 4-ch ROKKER amp kit here, https://www.jmcorp.com/ProductDetail...MP-700HR15-RCP 100% plug-n-play into your 18 RGS ,,,,

not only are all of our ROKKER amp programs available as a website download ,,, the ROKKER custom tuning APP is available free of charge here https://www.jmcorp.com/AppRequest.asp ,,,,

Thank you, but I prefer to use the components I referenced above.

I would run 8 awg power and ground.

I would also ditch the high level input and run BT355 Line Levelers and RCAs.

If u want fade control u will need 2 Line Levelers and also will need to flash the radio for a 4 speaker setup.

If u stick with their install kit and want fade u will need the 4 speaker flash.

If u don't want fade u can us 2 channel input and feed all 4 Speaks.

So it's just a matter of u deciding if u want fade, then deciding whether u want high (speaker) or low level (RCA) input to the amp.

Tailwind,

Thank you for the insight. I researched the BT355's and will get the front and rear, and get the radio flashed as a 4 Channel so I can fade between the 6.5's and 6x9's.

Thanks again for the help
