I have a pair of Hertz HCX 165s in my fairing now. I am powering them with a RF TM4004XAD. I want to add pods to my local wearing fairings and add speakers below. Part of me would like to add another pair of Hertz, however given the speakers in the lowers being in a more open environment, I am thinking of adding the Polk MM652 due to their marine certification. My question is, will those two be a good mix? Or, would the hertz be ok in the lowers? I never pressure wash the bike, but do wash regularly, so dont want to trash out the speakers.
Just a suggestion, you have all the highs you need in the fairing, I would put a set of 6.5 mids or pa style in the lowers. that will give you a balanced sound without the highs from the fairing competing with the highs from the lowers. PVR's or AW,s or similar to that. Some of the experts will chime in on what will sound good or better than that.

Thanks. Didnt even really take that into account. Still concerned if I should get something marine grade or not. Also, whatever I get needs to to come from Amazon. Gift card money, lol.
