Default Asking for advice

Been reading the audio forum for awhile.There are alot of very smart and experienced people on here.Has anyone tried the DD cc6.5 components i have a set to try out.My current setup is sony mex-m70bt with SS pn4.1000 amp front speakers are polk mm652 with hog tune lids running the hog tune speakers i have a set of dd vo6x9 that im going to install wondering if the dd cc6.5 would be better than the polks. Thanks for any advice

And so it begins with another victim. That unicorn will elude you and you can't catch it brother. Everyone has different listening preferences so keep them that in mind. There are a all kinda of speakers out there. Coax components and pro audio. I suggest find a gathering and listen to different setups. Find what you like and then ask the gurus here about them.

Put those VO's in, tune it and then see what you think of the overall sound. Then from there, decide if you want/need to upgrade the Polks. Then come up with a budget. That'll help you narrow down options.

What bike you riding?

Put the Vo 6x9's in like shocker recommended, big difference over the HT 6x9's. Although I have not personally heard the DD cc 6.5's, the will probably sound better then the Polk mm651's, as long as you have them try em, I like the DD stuff!

Shocker I have a 2010 street glide,opinion do you think the sound stream pn4.1000 has enough power for the vo’s unbridged

Yes it will. I had the same amp last year pushing a set of Mmats 6.5., B3 horns and JL 8.8's.
