No line leveler. Yes, it’s bridges. Don’t want to hijack OP’s thread...hopefully this will help. Here’s the current amp settings.
Why are you not using a Line Leveler. From what I can see you have a Rushmore bike.
Also, I see you're running high pass but your freq's don't match and appear to be way too low anyway.

Is it the right speaker that's blowing? It would appear that the channel 3-4 crossover is set around 50. That would be crossed way low for those speakers and cause distortion.
Also, did we determine if yours is a Rushmore bike? If so, you NEED something to tame the stock EQ curve on that head unit. Preferably a BT355 line leveler.

I'm not a stereo guy so please don't butcher me over this comment... I think your amp is set to 2ch BB Bass Boost. try changing it to 2ch, also as what was mentioned, the freq. need to match the output (Range) of the speaker. I'll pull my fairing this weekend and show my settings.

It’s a Rushmore. Don’t have a good answer for not using a line leveler.Tech who setup amp was trying to keep the speakers from blowing again is my assumption. Hence the low freq. Just as the OP I’m no expert but thought the guy I was using was.

it was the right speaker this time. Left one last time...

Hello OP...didn’t mean to hijack thread. I’m extremely frustrated over this having to replace a speaker every six months. Good news is the techs distributor has replaced speaker each time and tech has not charged me to continue to work this thing out.
My heads spinning with all this info lol. I do see the 2chBB but also see the bass boost at 0. Sounds like I need this line leveler (that tech should have already done) and a better dialing in of the amp just for starters.
This is my $0.02. Call Arc. Ask for some help. The guys there know their stuff and have always been super helpful. Knowing that you've got at least a grand invested in this, they will certainly get you headed down the right path. You shouldn't need a line leveler. They're gonna ask if you have their harness for high level inputs. Listen to them. They'll get you pointed in right direction. Their website has a tech support phone number. Use it to your advantage. Bypass your tech who obviously doesn't know what he's doing. That setup is tailor made for each other and should be very simple to diagnose over the phone with them.
Andy... i agree but it leaves me with one question, why no line leveler in this application?
If you talk to Arc, they'll tell you not to use one. They'll tell you to use their high level Input harness with resistors in it. And to be honest, I had better luck with that route. It provided more consistent sound for me.
