I had the connector to my break out harness get unplugged and lost the sound from my rear speakers.
If I recall correctly, the speaker wire terminals on the BT amps can be finicky so make sure you are getting good connections there also.
I have the fairing off, checked all connections, lightly pulled and twisted all connections to insure they are connected, still nothing, switched out speakers to make sure kappas were not blown and still nothing.
When i connect old system, Boom amp everything works fine, I am almost convinced it's the line BT355.
Mike contacted me and suggested to check the inline fuse, I feel dumb, I had assumed a green light on the amp indicated power. All is well, Did I mention their customer service is second to none.

Thanks all.
glock, so green light on amp does not mean amp is powered...huh...please explain further for trouble shooting purposes, if somebody else were to have the same problem!!

The amp had a green light on, with the ignition switched in the on position, when in the off position there was no light, Mike explained that with the ignition switch in the off position i should have a light ( amber ) I had none, indicating no power going through the positive red wire, he suggested i check the fuse, the fuse holder emits a red light when the fuse is blown or not seated correctly, mine was not seated correctly. Once i corrected this everything was working.
Initially i had no reason to check that fuse, amp had green light, fan was running indicating a power source feeding the amp, The green light and fan are turned on by the remote wire "( blue ) and that was what i could not figure out.

I'm experiencing the same problem you had on my '16 Limited. I have the red glow to the fuse block, but unlike what you describe, I have an amber light when the bike is off and the green light when the bike is on. I've checked all of the connections and ground, everything seems correct. Been emailing and talking back and forth with Mike looking for a solution.
