ok,
i bought the DD VO 6x9s based on all the rave reviews it has gotten on this forum, but for some reason I don't get the feeling that i'm getting the most out of them. i've given them lots of power from different amps, band passed the crossover stuff, most everything that i've done in the past or read about here and on the net. power is available, DSP capability is there, i'm just starting to wonder if I need to choose a different speaker for the lid location. HT lids.
I'm an ARC dealer so i was thinking of trying those out, tried the Mmats PS6x9 and while it had good SQ, it wouldn't get as loud i was looking for. Was also thinking of a Hertz product,,,trying to stay with power from 2 channels on a moto 600.4 amp at the moment. thoughts and opinions please!!

got dd vo b3's on bridges, high's not the issue, got 8's in the bags,,,,just not feeling the 6x9s as i think that i should and exploring a different option for that location.
