Default Component Speaker Installation Question

Specifically for 2018 Road Glide Special
I'm contemplating swapping out my 6.5" Kappas for a set of Hertz Mille Pro component speakers. My questions are;

1. How are you guys getting perfect cuts on the tweeter holes in the new metal grills?
2. How are you guys routing the tweeter wires back to the crossovers?
3. Where are you guys installing the crossovers at?

I clamped my grilles between two pieces of wood drilled a guide hole then used a fine tooth hole bit and drilled the hole. Any minor imperfection is hidden by the tweeters bezel.

Think I ran a hole saw in reverse.
