why did you choose the 600 over the 450? The 450 goes lower in specs, is there more to it?

I can not say it enough times specs on a website will not be 100% accurate. There are so many ways to post specs on a speaker. For example if I give a speaker 1w and get 94db out of it and in that 1w it plays 60hz-2500hz are those the correct specs? I mean they are not false, nothing false about them. Now, what if my market likes the loudest speakers possible and I determine that they play up to 300w undistorted at 90hz. So are those the specs I should publish 300w RMS 90hz-2500hz. Both sets of specs are not false, and both pertain to the same speaker. Now use those variables and multiply it by the dozens of similar speakers on the market and you get a ton of different numbers on what a speaker should or shouldn't do. The other thing that is missing from those numbers is sound quality. Just because a speaker hit 60hz on a meter doesn't mean it sounded good.

We used a JL. Which I do not like, but the customer had a set. Box is also ported. Which you cannot see. Porting (correctly) IMO is the the only way to get the bass everyone wants.
