fullbore - I'll look into the adapter part. As far as the grills, recommendations for the hcx?
As far as mounting the pn4 100d, I know I saw a thread on modding a mounting plate in here, but seems like I read you could velcro it to the HU...is that an accurate statement?
So ss 1000.d. That's what I'd been thinking. Thanks for the thumbs up there. Guessing I need the line leveler with the stock HU?
That is a good guess... Check the classifieds on this Forum. Just be sure to get a compatible plug or do some splicing...You want the 14 and up, but not the Ultra.

Noticed you have a front and rear for sale. I only need one leveler for the front, and then will need another for the rear once I get to that point?

I have RG rather than SG. Dont know how size of fairing pods compare. BikeTronics has tapered spacers/adapters that might work for you if you need a little more depth. They also can provide hogtunes grills, which Ive recently ordered to check out.

I had my stock head unit flashed 4 speakers no amp. (Ultra flash) this enables the front to rear fader on the HU. Many just use a y splitter off the front line lever when going to 4 speakers. You only need the rear if you want to enable the fade function.
OP I wouldn't buy Hertz on the internet too many fakes out there. The only place I would consider buying Hertz on the net is crutchfield they are authorized, but they charge retail so buy it from a brick and mortar.
