Currently have a Cerwin Vega b52 amp running a pair of PRV Neo 4 Ohm speakers and DD B3 Horns . Sony head unit. My CV amp quit on me (prob because of the hurricane I rode in Saturday) so I’m curious if anyone has any recommendations for a new amp.
I used the CV amp to power Kappas before I got the PRV’s so I didn’t have as many amp options when I bought it since the kappas were 2 ohm.
The JL Audio. 280/4 is an option just not sure if it’s better than the B52 for my setup. Open to some ideas.

I'm w Haze on this one brother. If u have room for a 4 channel amp on top the HU that really will provide for the best capability of u setup. Get the woofers on 2 channels and get the horns on the other 2. Being able to control those 2 separately will deliver a much more complimentary setup.
I ride mine 80 mph + down the road way more than I show off in the parking lot, so my budget isnt competiton quality.. Although I like to crank it up and be confident in a good sound when Im parked. My system isnt perfect, but it gets the job done for me!
Got a Stinger 700/4 on the way. Thank you Haze and Tailwind for the recommendations on a 4 channel amp. Always nice to have a solid opinion on the forum before making a purchase.
