HU and amp LP crossovers
Any disadvantage to using both hi pass crossovers in HU and in amp?
Have Sony ax5000 HP set at 100Hz, and amp HP set ~ 10:00 level (using analog clock hour hand reference where 7:30 is 40 hz and 4:30 is 400hz)
Seems to work, probably results in sharper cutoff of lower frequencies, Just two fairing speakers, HCX.

this usually occurs when multiple amps are used and the front or rear signals from head unit are split to feed 4 channel input of amp.
I hope that makes sense
