While waiting for the rest of the equipment to get here by the end of the week, I drew up the following to lay out my plan. For those with more experience than me on biker audio, what do you think of my game plan? Missing anything? Or should I rethink any part? Pic of my bike as well.
Personally I wouldn't run the front in mono. I don't think the extra watts will be worth the disappointing sound.
Yeah, that did slip my mind. I prefer channel separation all the way, but not sure how I can achieve that now with the 2 amps I have. Running the 2Ohm version of the SD800.4 only yields 61W @ 4Ohms. Those MMAts need more power than that in my opinion. I would need to either run a third amp or change my game plan for the fronts and reconsider some hi end 6.5 coax speakers instead.
An SD250.2 would free up one 800.4 to bridge to the PA601s and not cost a lot.
Yeah, I was thinking of adding an SD micro to do just that. Or, I can bridge the 6x9 with the 6.5 on each side to retain stereo. And bridging the 8s in mono.

When you put a 6.5 and 6x9 together like that you limit the 6x9's performance to what the 6.5 can handle.

Agreed, which is why I wanted to bridge the 6x9 & 8s initially since they are closer in playing ability. I will try it both ways, and then decide if I want to do a third amp. This being a Road King, I'm limited on space when it comes to space. No fairing and no tour pack makes it more challenging.
Why don't you use the 4 Ohm version of the SD 800.4 and keep everything in stereo?
