2019 SGS Speaker Options for Pod
The 2019 Street Glide Special comes with 6.5" speakers and I was wondering if that is a different pod than the 5" or if they are using the same pod. Either way, I am looking for a speaker option that doesn't require me to open the pod and do modifications. My current bike has the Infinity Kappa 6.5" speakers inside the pod with some areas ground down so that the speaker pod closes properly. I would like to avoid that by mounting the same as the stock speaker so hoping there is an option out there that can handle a few watts. The issue I had with the Kappas on the outside of the box were the speaker surround rubbing against the inner fairing eventually leading to failure.
