I have a 2017 SGS with a JL XD 400/4 AMP, AW 6.5 SPEAKERS WITH AT 28 TWEETERS. I am looking at speaker pods for the lowers. Will this amp supply enough power for 2 more speakers? Also what would be a good set to match what i have?
As in the wind stated. How are you running the AW's and tweeters now? Are you using the amp to run the AW's off 2 channels and the tweets off the other 2 channels?

NO your amp will not have enough power to properly run those AWs and a set of speakers in your lowers. I have the same speaker set up and run an Arc Moto 600. I am also running Beymas PA speakers in my lowers. They do not offer the ones I run anymore but the upgraded version is the beyma 6g40nd. 4ohm. They are pricey but, you will not regret the purchase. The sound that comes from them compliments the full range speaker and provides a TON of volume at 70+. They are much more efficient than the the AWs and do not require a lot of power but, with that said, the amp you have now will not be sufficient to get you to the full capabilities of that setup.
So i did find the beyma pro65nd speakers online. So you are saying if i want my current setup along with these for the lowers i need the arc moto 600 amp to work all of this?

You don't want the PRO65Nd if you want Chris's setup, you want the PRO6WNd and they are available from any Beyma Dealer

yes the Wnd. I looked at the Beyma site and didnt see them offered anymore. I did get them from a dealer but they told me they were no longer being produced. But, Im sure they have quite a few in stock.
You do not need that specific amp but, you will need quite a bit more power. The AWs like 150-175amps and some have run them with even more. Then you add in the tweeters and the Beymas like 100+ themselves to really open up. Add all that up and that is quite a bit more than what your current amp can handle. To be honest, in my effort to advance my sound. I am looking for another amp to push my lowers so I can bridge my Arc moto for the AWs. what I have now though produces a great sound! (unicorn chasing is dangerous)!
Well i guess i will have to add another amp just for the lowers. What amp would be suitable for these speakers or what about the hertz? Also were would one mount the other amp?
