GTS Infotainment problems

My new 2019 Ultra with the GTS system has intermittant problems with the radio/media. The radio will change channels and bands by itself If on 95.3 will change to 95.2 or 95.4. or scan. and change from FM to AM. When the media via USB is used will play part of the song then return to the start, Also the volume for front and rear headphones will appear on the screen even though they are not connected. These problems don't happen all the time but enough to make it annoying. The dealer has no idea how to fix it. Any theories

I had a similar issue. Mine would occasionally change channels and even audio source. It would also flash when riding and when it flashed you would lose sound for a second or two. Turned out to be the right hand control module. Local dealer said they had replaced 5-6 right hand control modules in past couple of months.
