Amps needed

I have a 14 Street Glide with a Sony XAV-AX5000. Thinking about getting the Rockford Fosgate HD14-TKIT (Speakers and Amp) and TMS69BL14 (Speaker & Lid Kit). If I add 2 more sets of TMS65's (6.5 speakers) for lowers and tour pack will I need to run another amp?

Yep, a Fosgate T400x4ad would be perfect. That’s gonna be a pretty nice system. Especialy with eight speakers.

If you buy those Rockford speaker kits you will be disappointed in short order.

^^^^^^^. Yup. Average speakers but way outside the bang for the buck sandbox.

Match ur amp to ur speaker selection so don't go purchasing anything till u have it nailed down. If u have to pull the trigger on an amp, get something u can grow into. The RF is not a grow into amp as it's constant watt and folks only tent to mention its dynamic (max) watts versus RMS, which is light for a above average full range speaker setup.

Not gonna day it's a bad amp, but just not real versatile.

T
