Who has used the part numbers 76000368 and 76000369 for their new style vented lower speaker install?
I bought the paint matched speaker pods thinking it was everything I needed but doesnt look like it was. Its hollow under and around the speaker with the magnet exposed. I pulled those part numbers from a 2018 CVO Street Glide. Those parts are also included in the boom audio speaker kits, so Im assuming I need them? Just wondering what others experience has been with/without them and if its a waste of time and money.
Its the lower part of the speaker enclosure and without it the speaker housing will not be sealed and/or tuned nor rigid.
i bit the bullet and bought them, as well as the Harley well nuts and black screws. It's all in the parts breakdown for a CVO bike with lower fairing speakers.
My bitch is the Barracuda Silver for the speaker pods does not match the lower fairings.
Can you tell me what size the screws are, that hold the speakers in ? Also, mine didn't come with hardware. Is there a nut that attaches to the inside, or are these actually threaded ?

Not threaded...you can get a set of wellnuts and screws from the dealer
