What’s my options?

I have just done a quick Google search for crash bar pods for a Roadking, and a fair number of options showed up under images. Hopefully you find something there that suits your needs.
I don't think I would go with an all in one system with a little mini amp though. If you find some pods that might work, maybe we can help you out with a good speaker and amp choice to go with the pods and your tour pack.

Vented Lowers?? That might solve for air flow... I need to find someone with Lower Pods and TP Pods and go for a 90 mph ride. I prefer to keep the system as inconspicuous as I can while still being able to hear at 80+ I’m always running hwy speed.

It seems that short of putting Wakeboard Tower speakers on my crash bars I will need either a Fairing or Lowers to accommodate quality speakers. 6.5” TP Pods should do the trick for my wife and fill the gap between the seat and arm rest.

Thanks for the help... I can start looking at possibilities and give my wife a Christmas list.

The vented lowers are fairly cheap on Amazon.

Vented lowers and remove the sliding plastic. A couple of pairs of PA601.cx and a good amp and it will get loud. What and where will the source be?

Good plan brother! Be patient. Try and hit up some bike nights or some of these sled audio competitions as there are some really damn kick **** RKs bringing big audio. After seeing a few, I think the look will start to grow on you and risk reward of awesome audio vs ventilation might start leaning towards audio.

Good luck brother and enjoy the process as it really is amazing how good the sound can get on ur RK.

I think he is referring to how you will play the music through the speakers. Meaning Bluetooth receiver of some sort.

Something simple that would be controlled by my phone.
