I’m guessing the lower fairings and tour pack are not included in that budget right. Just to make sure you get the right info here. You want 2 lowerfairing speakers and 2 tour pack speakers and an amp to power them and your budget for these 4 speakers and an amp is $500-750. Is that correct?

I would look for a set of 6.5" pods like they use on ski boats. Customize the with some crash bar pegs. Then run 4 PA601.cx speakers.

What crash bar speakers have u seen that will compliment your desired theme. Everything I have seen hanging off the crash bar look like x-mas ornaments. I think the lowers are much more capable of delivering on ur audio desires but if u don't like the look I totally get it. Have just not seen a crash bar speaker that I would hang on a sled, & I have been looking for some to hang on my custom crash bar for a long time.
