Some budget amps are known to cause interference with the FM reception. Lots of guys still use those amps because of they have decent wattage, and rarely use their Radio FM tuner.

Thanks for the clarification. I refer to all of them as line level converters from line level to RCA.
I use the same one, the PAC-SNI35.
