Default Bluetooth
I have a 2014 street glide with the boom 4.3. So here is the weird question got a new phone "moto g7 power" and know the blue tooth will not read what playing on amazon music or Pandora (no artist or song found and just says bluetooth connected). When I have my LG stylo 3 plus connected it read it just fine. Would it be the phone or something with the radio.

It is something with the way the phone is communicating with the radio. There is no way to tell which is causing the problem until you find the problem. Could be either,

Have you had your phone “forget” the Bluetooth for the radio and then tried reconnecting it?

Yepper I have. It is very weird it will show youtube songs then switch over to amazon reads the first song and then never change the name for the next one

I have dug in it and looks like it happen when the Motorola upgraded to Android 9 "pie" I guess they are doing test to figure it out right now.
