All than mid bass fades at speed. Boosting the mid range a little will help at highway speeds.
I'm not sure I'll word this question correctly, but when you say boost, how much are talking? From Haze's reaction, 6 db was too much. For full disclosure, I haven't had the bike on the road with the posted tune. It's all garage play.

Ok clearly I need to rework this tune. I always wonder if good gear can overcome a poor tune and vise versa.
Good gear can in many cases improve upon a setup that has shixxy gear, however u don't have shixxy gear nor do damn near all the folks on this forum.
Ur at the tuning speed bump brother. Slow ur roll and manage it accordingly.
I think in the wind mentioned this again yesterday but without some highs coming from the lid region u missing some very important support / compliment from that stage/platform.

My wallet tells me it's good stuff. Here is what I did. I cut the boost on the midbass, and put a little more in the 300-1000 range in the lids. I kept everything under a 3db boost. It sounds good for a starting point. I need to get some miles on it to see where it needs to be pushed.
Strangely enough, I went through all of this rewire to control the horns, yet when I isolate the horns they are super quiet. Overall, yes, I have good gear...not the best, but I'm not trying to win a competition. I would have called you a liar if you would have told me 6 months ago that I'd be running 8 speakers, 3 amps and a dsp. I could not have done this with out all the fine folks on here that, undoubtedly, get tired of me asking rookie questions.
Now, pray for a clear day tomorrow, so I can get out in the wind.
