Any thoughts on what I can check here?
What are the settings on the BT355?

I didn't touch them, but below is what BT has in their manual.

What are the current settings on the BT355? Just cause u didn't touch them doesn't mean they are not possibly jacked up.

Upon closer inspection, I don't have a BT 355, I have a BT 355X-r2. I'm going to call Biketronics and try to get a manual on that.

Apparently it's their new "in-house manufactured" design. Functionally no different than the original BT 355, but the layout is different.

The HPF's are on the end now. Both of them are set to approximately 3 o'clock.

My gut feel is that the HPF's are set way too high.

Can someone walk me through how I validate / fix this?

The HPF setting at this point have nothing to do with the low volume you're experiencing.
