Thanks to your help I have installed a stinger 700x4 amp during 2 mmat 601cx in the fairing and 2 kappa 62ix in the tour pack. It's all being driven by kenwood hu. The sound is pretty amazing. I would like to get more bass out of it. The mmats only go to 120hz and the Kappas 100hz. How much lower can I go and still hear it at speed? Do I leverage my lowers our tops of my bags?
your not going to get any decent bass out of those 2 types of speakers imo.
Couple options are speaker lids with 6x9s, the mmats 6x9s sound great. I know diamond audio makes a sub 6x9 but haven't heard them.
Another option is 8' speakers lids with some midwoofers or mount an 8" or 10" midwoofer in your saddle bags.
