Anyone have experience with this speaker? Looking for power and freq range used and thoughts on sound. Thinking about trying these in my lids but I hate to buy another set of speakers without some input from others. My speaker shelf is getting full.

ITW check with Ndfastln he uses them a lot and really likes them.
He should be able to give you the low down on them.

I like them. They have great midrange volume and clarity with good enough midbass to run in the bags. I have a set in the bags on one of my bikes that if I fade to the rear a couple clicks I can hear them fine at highway speeds. In the lids you should hear them good. The basket is a bit large so I'm not sure about clearance issues though.

Great info! What realistic freq range do you think I could get in the lids at 400-500w? Hoping for some midbass punch.
Clearance isn’t a issue for me.

I've got mine crossed at 70hz @ ~250w and they are plenty loud there.

I wonder if my speaker spacer will allow the basket to fit?
