Default Fosgate speaker

Looking at the Fosgate 6.5 m262b speakers and pbr300x2or 300x4 has anybody rune this combo how did it sound and will the speaker fit? I have always liked the Fosgate speakers in my car but now sure how they work on the bike this is the 1st system I have built for my bike. The speakers are ratted at 4ohm that will make the 300x2 not work at its max power, but is the 300x4 will handle 2 channel bridged it will put full power to them. But concerned if I run them bridged it will increase my distortion rate. Any opinion on this set up would be great. I am OCD about certain things and like when all the compents match, but I mite just have to get over it in the case if I can't get a setup to match and work great together.

i would opt for the 300x2. more power @ 4ohms and no bridging involved. if you add more speakers later you'll already be set as long as they're 4 ohms as well because you'll then parallel the speakers to the amp and run it at a 2 ohm load. That will be plenty enough power to drive those 6.5" speakers. Not familiar with the speakers themselves.

Looks like the 300x2 is ratted at 100 rms at 4ohm the speakers are rated at 75rms 4ohm. Should be a good power match and allow me to run the speakers with out having to crank the gains up as far. If you don't mind letting me know if the size specs will clear the fairing with adapter rings. 2.8 deep.
