Default J&M Replacement advice needed please

Hello Folks,

I purchased a new to me 2016 RG Ultra CVO that currently has the J&M rocker system that I would like to change out. The question I have is are there any components from the J&M system that I can utilize like wiring harnesses and such to wire in a new amp & speakers.

I currently have a BT-2180 from my old bike but being that it is 2 channel I don’t think it will work for my 4 speaker setup. I am considering purchasing the Stinger 700/4 and 4 Mmats 601cx speakers. Will this work or are there any other suggestions?

Also, will I have to re-flash the radio since it is currently flashed for the J&M system? I am attaching a picture of the current flash. Thanks for any help you all can provide!

Donate all ur J&M stuff to a homeless biker and write it off as a loss while providing at least some for of audio to a bike in need.

Regarding the flash, it should be good but the next time u stop by the MOCO they should be able to plug in and tell u what u have in about 60 seconds.

Get w BIketronics for the CVO specific BT Line Levelers and plug them in and move on to the next level of audio. Sell that BT 2180 as it's a solid amp for 2 speaker full range setups.

Just get that J&M stink off ur new sled and move on brother!!!

Yes, the only J&M component worth saving is the tray. The rest of it is all junk, absolute garbage. Any by all means, no NOT fall for John's upgrade offers. Just salt on already deep wounds. Made that mistake twice, and I still kick myself.
