So I have my bike in the shop right now for some repairs. I want to upgrade my stereo. I can get the boom stage 1 with 4 speakers and amp installed for about $1000. I want to stay in that price range if there is other systems for this price that are better please let me know. Looking for feedback and advice on stereo
First welcome to the forum. Now for what you want. What bike and year do you have? What 4 speakers are you looking to get? Fairing and lowers? Lids? Stock head unit? We know your budget is around $1000. What type of music? Riding style? (highway, back roads). These will help you put the best setup for the $$ spent. What ever you do, DO NOT get boom equipment. That is not money well spent.
I do a lot of highway and looking for fairing and tourpack speakers with an amp and by hu does that mean my main screen sorry Im not very knowledgeable on this stuff
This is a solid setup for just about as good as it gets for coax setup. These are the parts needed and with research on the net, prices can be done better.

TG,
Would this setup be applicable to a '19 Street Glide Special, with fairing speakers only? Will the BTTOC keep me from having to reflash? Anything else I may need for the install? Thanks in advance!!!

You wont need the BTOC but will need the BT355 line leveler or a flash.
