A lot of guys here get their MMats from Shane at Audio Advantage in SC. Faith City Cycles in Conroe, TX. usually always has them in stock, you'd have to call them as I don't think they have an online store.
As for better speakers sure there are but that usually coincides with bigger powered amps. Are you planning on entering audio competitions? If not the MMats mated to a stinger, a Massive, or an MMats 4110 will more than satisfy you.

Ordered an 8ga amp wiring kit and stinger 1.5ft rcas today when I woke up from night shift. Adapters and speakers are next on the list. Doing a cam install on my next few days off so the stereo will be on hold till the speakers are ordered and back in stock. Moving forward anyhow! Haha
Here is a picture of the Vtwin speaker adapter plate. It also comes with it's own grill. I didn't use the grill as I chose to use some JL Audio grills I had to match the ones I used in the lowers.

Yes, the head unit comes with all the wiring ready to plug and play. I just had to source the amp wiring and rcas separately.

what are you using for the amp to rear speaker wiring? Are you doing anything to allow you to easily disconnect and remove the tour pack?
