I just ordered a Sony AX7000 for my EGS. As you know, those dont come with a radio, at all. As such, the media compartment on the right side, has the hole that the USB cable passes through, but no plug (as there isnt a cable currently). The new radio doesnt come with that plug, and I cannot seem to locate the part number for it. I spent about a half hour on Ronnie's website looking, but gave up. Anyone know the part # for that, so I can order it? Or, at the very least, the name of the part? Thanks.
I just went out an looked at mine since I have the front end torn apart, unfortunately no part number on it. It is however just a cable. Looks like a 4pin modified Fakra style cable via female USB. Google's not showing much either!
<edit>
Actually, here you go, 69200031 WIRE HARNESS, USB jumper, page 136/137 in my 2014 touring parts manual.

Biketronics included a small plastic wire-grommet in their kit: it was similar to this grommet (though I don't have the diameter right this second). I used that and ran both the USB plugs into the glove box (on both a batwing bike AND my current Road Glide Ultra). Worked fine.
As for the stock cable, it doesn't use a male USB-A end at the head unit (Fakra plug on the Boom unit), so ordering a stock cable wouldn't help you at all unless you swap over to a Boom! head unit.

That was more along the lines of what I was looking for. It seems that the little rubber plug that goes into the back is attached to the wire on the Boom. Which, of course, I dont have. But, that link gives me something to work with. Thanks!
