Yes it DOES fix the iPhone 11 and CarPlay issue and it also adds Android device ability to.
I haven’t ridden yet to see if anything else has changed though so keeping my fingers crossed. 🤞🤞🤞

Already a thread started on this and yes it works with Android auto and fixes the car play iphone 11 Problem

I have the GTS in a 2017, blue tooth music was always slow. Much faster now. More testing tomorrow.

Anyone knows if it makes iPods (I.e. Nano) compatible such as on the Boom 6.5? So frustrating.
