Default Trying to map out my setup. Stumped at DSP outputs.

2011 FLHTCU
Aquatic AV HU
Dayton 408 DSP
SD1200.4 evox 4ohm
NVX VADM2
Two Faital 8ohm 6RS140's in the fairing.
Two DD VO-B3's in fairing.
Two WDX6MOTO G2's in the lower fairings.
Two MMat PA601cx's in the tour pak pods.

SD channels 1 & 2 will be feeding the RS140s wired in parallel and bridged.
SD channel 3 will feed both Motos wired in parallel.
SD channel 4 will feed both Mmats wired in parallel.

NVX will feed the horns. Im not sure with the wiring. This amp is spec'd at 150w x 2 @4 ohm and 220w x 2 @2ohm. The horns dont need this much power so initial thought was to parallel these as well bringing max watts available for each horn to 110w. Specs on the horns for RMS is 50-100w so either way I have to set the gains low. Ive read that some amps dont like to push lower watts. If I ran these horns one to each channel then Id be dialing back the gains even more from the max 150w ea. How should I proceed here?

Ill be honest, my brain is playing games with me and refusing to allow me to visualize how to wire all this with the DSP. The 408 has 8 outputs and I have 6 total amp inputs.

-How do I wire the dsp to channels 1 & 2 of the SD? One dsp channel split into each amp channel? When tuning, are these speakers considered one since they are bridged together?
-Channel 3 & 4 of the SD, each get their own dsp channel correct? Each set of speakers wired in parallel to their respective channels would be tuned as one speaker correct?
-Wiring the NVX should be self explanatory once I figure out the above questions. Just depends how I end up wiring the horns.

I am sure I am going to have a zillion more questions as I get this put together but right now I am trying to get everything laid out so I understand what I am doing when its install time.

Not including the power and ground and the overall organization and mounting, this is what I've got. Unfortunately the SD manual calls for 5ga or bigger power and ground wires and either 14 or 15ga speaker wire or bigger so I had to order more wire.

* mmats should have been labeled RR & LR but it's irrelevant*

Is it OK to go from 4ga to a dist block to another 4ga and an 8ga or does the main lead from the battery need to be bigger than both? Right now it will go 4ga from battery to the block. Then an 8ga to the nvx and 4ga to the SD. Same for grounds.

4 gauge to dist block 8 gauge to all amps will be fine.
