Is the HU a new install? If so and you're playing music from your phone, turn the volume up on the phone.
Just a WAG.
Tne head unit is about a year old. I was using android auto, because bluetooth wouldnt find my phone, so volume is already up. HU volume was at 40. I tried every method of resetting the HU, but nothing worked.
So I'm guessing you tore this setup apart for some reason. Did you remember to put the main fuse back in for the amps? They'll still light up blue without it. Ask me how I know.

Yes, I have a JL fused distribution box. The fuses were pulled before I took everything down, then went back in when I reinstalled. The fuses are good and the power wires are hot.
I just went outside and turned acc power on. I measured 12.4 volts at the power/ground input on the amp. Still no voltage at the end of a new pair of rca wires from the HU.

Just went to check the remote. Unplug it, blue light and amp fan go off. Plug it back in blue light and amp.fan go on. Still no voltage at the rca out from the HU.
Ok, just went out to get a full picture of the remote setup. To get the amp to turn on, its remote comes off the pigtail adapter (biketronics I think). That left the remote out from tne HU unplugged.
Then I saw that the HU remote out was set to go as the remote in (blue wire) on the dsr. I plugged the dsr back in, rca inputs into the radio, remote out from the radio into remote in on the dsr. There were two remote wires attached to the remote out (blue/white wire) on the dsr. Neither of those wires powered the amp up.
If I pull the dsr completely, and go remote out from HU to remote in on amp, in theory it should power the amp on?
