You are checking for output audio voltage with the meter set on AC voltage, correct?
correct. My understanding is that its AC from the rca to the amp, then the amp.converts it to DC for amplification, then back to AC for speaker output.
Haven't read all these posts but is ur DSP powering on? Did u check that fuse?
Just to be clear on that remote wiring, the sled remote acc source should go into the DSP and then the amp remotes go to the DSP? Have u isolated the DSP? Are ur output channels on DSP properly selected?
Process of elimination starting at the HU and staying disciplined to isolate each potential failure point is essential.

yes, I pulled the dsp to isolate the issue. Got 0 volts from the HU rca's.
