The quick access to bass, treble, and fade is one feature I like about the stock HK head unit. With one press of the left thumb button the menu with all those functions comes up. It makes it easy to adjust the fade a notch or two if I put on a jacket or different helmet. It's also really nice to be able to fatten or lean the sound out a little bit with minute bass adjustments on the fly.
Most aftermarket heads units I've seen have those functions buried so deep down in the menus I wonder if it would be possible to adjust them with just thumb controls. If anyone knows of any aftermarket units that can be adjusted that easily it would be nice to know about them.

I wish I was smart enough to figure out the 8" lower setup. They make some pods for the Rushmore models but I think ones for 13 and down are usually hand made. I also wonder if they would get in the way of the controls with my Sasquatch feet.
