I am getting rid of LOC and going hi input to EVOX 800.4. I Need help on proper connection, for wires shown in pics, for input side. Bridging 4 channel to two, so as you can see I have 4 wires going to 8. Thanks in advance.
Did you consider keeping the LOC and just adding RCA Y connectors? Either way seems simple but I've never done two line levels to four because I have an Ultra that has four channels from the factory.

Since you were using a LOC I am presuming you have had the HU flashed.
You would still be better off using a LOC instead of the high level input to the amps as you will get a better sound out of the low level inputs on the amp.
