found this cable under my fairing on my 2015 road glide special. hooks to front of stereo behind screen and come out in rt glove box. looks like internet stuff???
Was it actually plugged into the radio? Stock radio? I think Ive seen a remote bass controller use that type cable. Definitely looks like a isdn plug.
yes into the front of stereo. had to pull speaker box and use curved long handle needle nose to release it. Cable is like 10ft long and ends in glove box. I didn't install and I bought new. My harley tech doesn't know either. Pulled my gauges to have zee's custom refinish faces,,,
If you are the original owner, and didn’t put it in yourself, it might be something from the factory used for setting up the radio that they missed removing.
Well, I found out. pulled stereo off and there it was. Remote cable for a bass boost for a punch amp. I swear I don't remember ever even taking off the fairing, let alone putting in an amp and not changing speakers. That's just not how we dooos it. So i adjusted the amp and threw that damn 10 ft cord out!. Thanks for the replys!
