WO 577 fitment update
I recently asked about a clutch cable breaking on my 09 Ultra after installing WO 577s and using the stock cable that measured right at 70 inches. The hoop at the lever end of the cable broke. After the install the cable was pretty hard to pull but I hoped it would loosen up, which it did a few months later when it broke. This weekend I replaced the cable with a 72 inch cable and found the problem. When I did the bars I also replaced the inner fairing support with aftermarket supports (Strong Arm) and they required the cable to route around the outside of the supports which took up the slack I needed. The new cable pulls like butter.....guess its true what they say about a couple of inches......
