Anyone ever see this error or know how to fix it? I'm trying to do a map update and I open the software, it detects my USB flash drive which I exported the NAV data on my bike from and then this pops up.
2 days later and still the same error. Not sure if there is a way to contact them or if this is something broke and they either don't know about it or can't do anything about it.
Do you see yourself logged in to Toolbox (you should see your name top center)? When you plug your USB in it should recognize it (shows what you have in the "Content" pane) and offer you suggestions on what to buy ("Best Offers" pane) Mine seemed to work fine this morning.
If not there is a link for help on the top right of the Toolbox window. It will take open a browser window to harley-davidson.naviextras.com where you will find a link to "support, customer care" on the left-hand side. Here is the "Contact Us" link if you can't get there.
I called Support and sent them the same screenshot. I don't know what they did but they emailed back about 15 minutes after I sent the screenshots and asked me to try to again. Whatever they did worked. I never could get to the Login screen before. This time the Login screen loaded and it let me log in and get the update.
Please let me know how updating to the 2021 map works for you. I bought the upgrade, installed the new maps and my navigation doesn't load anymore since then. Bike is now at the dealer since over 6 weeks. HD couldn't figure out what the problem was and sending now a complete new GTS Boom box unit. Waiting on that one. Very frustrating. And I would be surprised if I would be the only one.

Classic web programmer move. Fix the issue on their end, then ask the user to try again without saying what the issue was or if there was an issue at all. lol
